Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: 10:25 a.m. Tuesday, 215th Street and Kingbird Avenue near George, Iowa. A 2008 Chevrolet Silverado operated by Alexander Troy Kock of Lennox, South Dakota was traveling eastbound on 215th Street at an excessive speed and failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection with Kingbird Avenue. The vehicle went through the intersection and eventually rolled into a ditch/creek.
