A 2016 Ford Explorer operated by an unknown driver hit the center median. A passenger, Angelica Morales Lopez De Ramos, 28, of Worthington was transported to Avera Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota with non-life-threatening injuries.

Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Jackson Sally, 21, of George, Iowa was arrested Friday on an active O’Brien County arrest warrant for violation of probation on an original charge of aggravated assault. Sally was transported to the Lyon County Jail.
