Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Kaleb Graff, 18, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was arrested at 6:49 p.m. Friday for possession of drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance. He was transported to the Lyon County Jail.
WPD: arrested adult male for fleeing, motor vehicle theft, reckless driving and driving while intoxicated, 11:20 p.m. Friday. An adult male was also arrested for tampering with a motor vehicle.
