Minnesota State Patrol: motor vehicle crash, 5:46 a.m. Monday, U.S. 59 in mile post 16, Worthington. Abdirahman Liben Araro, 30, Worthington, was driving a 2006 Chevy Malibu southbound on U.S. 59, when he struck a southbound 2015 Chevy Tahoe driven by Lacinda Kae Gravenhof, 52, of Worthington. Araro sustained non-life threatening injuries and was transported to the Worthington hospital. Gravenhof was not injured. Araro was not wearing his seatbelt, and alcohol was involved. Assisting at the scene were the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office and Sanford Ambulance.
