Minnesota State Patrol: 3:55 p.m. Monday, Minnesota 60, milepost 44, Cottonwood County. Paul James Anderson, 54, of Rushmore, was driving a 2013 Ford F-150 westbound on Minnesota 60 when he swerved to avoid a semi tire in the roadway and rolled his vehicle. Anderson was transported to the Windom Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He was not wearing his seatbelt, and his airbag did deploy. The driver of the 2004 Volvo Semi, Dwayne Allen Vandervliet, 67, of Rapid City, S.D., was not injured. Assisting at the scene were the Windom Police, Windom Fire Department and Cottonwood County Sheriff’s Office.
