WORTHINGTON -- Josue Fraga was formally indicted Thursday afternoon at Prairie Justice Center for his second trial in the murder of his 2-year-old niece, Samantha Fraga.
Judge David Christensen said a Nobles County grand jury indicted Fraga for five counts in all, including first-degree murder and second-degree murder.
The bail amount of $1 million with conditions and $1.5 million without conditions remains in effect.
Prosecuting attorney Kathleen Kusz said the trial date will most likely be set in 2013. It is not yet known if there will be a change of venue.
