WORTHINGTON — A Friday morning crash at the intersection of Edwards Avenue and 260th Street in Olney Township remains under investigation, according to a Nobles County Sheriff’s Office press release issued Tuesday.
The sheriff’s office was dispatched at approximately 11:16 a.m. Friday for a two-vehicle accident involving a 2001 Freightliner operated by a 24-year-old male and a 1995 Chevrolet pickup driven by an 18-year-old male, the press release stated. The 18-year-old was transported to Sanford Worthington Medical Center due to his injuries.
Chief Deputy Chris Dybevik added Tuesday that “there’s still a bit of investigation to do.” The NCSO is also awaiting reports from the Minnesota State Patrol, which is providing assistance.
