FULDA -- Winds hitting speeds of about 60 mph blew through Fulda on Tuesday at about 11 p.m., Fulda Police Chief Paul Kenney said.
He said the storm was by far the worst of the year for the city.
"Three large trees blew down, blocking roadways," Kenney said. "There are limbs all over town, and (at least) one power line was down."
He said Alliant Energy workers were out past 1 a.m. repairing damage, adding the street department cleaned up the large trees in the city. He said there were no injuries and no vehicle damages, but a tree damaged a roof in town.
Kenney said he is thankful no one got hurt.

"Things can be cleaned up, it just takes time," he said.
