Cauwels is a graduate of Sioux Valley-Round Lake-Brewster High School and Stewart School of Hairstyling. She is employed at Great Clips, Worthington.
Gerhard is a graduate of Worthington High School. He is employed as a sales associate by Aflac Insurance.
They plan an April 28 wedding.
