WORTHINGTON — As part of their work on the Attorney General’s Advisory Task Force on lowering pharmaceutical drug prices, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison and District 22B Rep. Rod Hamilton, R-Mountain Lake, will visit Worthington from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the WHS band room for a community listening session.

Hamilton, a multiple sclerosis patient, has personal experience facing exorbitant prescription drug prices. Ellison is aware that Minnesotans across the state need more access to life-saving medications.

Saturday's meeting is one of a series of listening sessions the task force plans to host during their months of research and planning. The purpose of the session is to hear from citizens about the problems they face in purchasing medications and to solicit ideas people may have for solving the problems.

All members of the public are invited.
