An Iowa woman was apprehended Wednesday in Nobles County pursuant to a warrant.
Brooklyn Degroot, 23, of George, Iowa has been charged with being a fugitive from justice from other state, a felony.
According to the criminal complaint, a warrant was issued for Degroot’s arrest from Charles Mix County, S.D., where she allegedly violated terms and conditions of her suspended imposition and failed to keep contact with court services after being convicted of third-degree burglary, a felony.

Degroot is being held on a $3,000 cash only bond and will be extradited if necessary.
