ARNOLDS PARK, Iowa - The Iowa Rock N Roll Music Association announced Monday the hiring of Christopher Glenn to serve as executive director of the association.

Glenn comes to IRRMA from Annapolis, Md., where he served as general manager of the Arts Club of Washington. A musician himself, he has been very active in the Iowa music scene since his arrival in Iowa last summer, performing across central Iowa with a number of different bands.

Glenn will be based in the Des Moines area, and will focus on leveraging the Iowa Rock N Roll Music Association’s statewide presence and furthering its mission to preserve the legacy of Rock n Roll within the state of Iowa. Museum Director Sheryl Davis and Beverly Atwell will continue to be based in the IRRMA Museum in Arnolds Park.
