JACKSON -- Jackson County 4-H had two teams participate in the Regional Project Bowl March 14 in Redwood Falls.
The Junior General Livestock team placed first of 13 teams and advances to state competition. The Senior General Livestock team was second out of seven teams and also advances to the state competition.
Junior team members include: Nolan Hohenstein, Emily Pederson, Maggie Post, Tanner Post and Kristin Schulz. Senior team members were Evan Koep, Austin Liepold, Zach Post and Nathan Schulz. The teams are coached by Sheldon Johnson, Dale Schulz and the parents.
The state contest is April 18 in Foley.
