ADRIAN - A Lakefield man was injured Tuesday after his motorcycle collided with a deer on Interstate 90.
Derek R. Beglinger, 34, was transported to the Sanford Hospital with what the Minnesota State Patrol categorized as non-life threatening injuries.
According to the report, Beglinger was traveling on his 2016 Honda B60 motorcycle in the eastbound lane on Interstate 90 around 10:25 p.m. Tuesday evening. He collided with a deer at Milepost 24, in Westside Township, and entered the median.
Beglinger was wearing a helmet and alcohol involvement was not identified, the MSP crash report states.
The Adrian Fire and Rescue, Adrian Police Department and Nobles County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the crash.
