WPD: crash, 9:21 a.m. Tuesday, Minnesota 60 and Oxford Street. Worthington ambulance was paged to the scene.

WPD: crash without injuries, 10:52 a.m. Tuesday, McMillan Street and Clary Street.

NCSO: crash without injuries, 11:47 a.m. Tuesday, 300 block of Third Avenue, Round Lake.

WPD: crash without injuries, 7:49 a.m. Wednesday, Nobles County 35 and North Crailsheim Drive.

NCSO: crash, 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, Interstate 90 near Rushmore. Assisted Minnesota State Patrol with lights until they arrived. Rushmore Rescue was paged to the scene.

Minnesota State Patrol: crash with non-life-threatening injuries, 9:16 a.m. Wednesday, Minnesota 60 at mile marker 1 in Bigelow Township of Nobles County. Mark J. Bayliff, 46, of Hooper, Nebraska, was driving a 2009 Kenworth semi tractor north on Minnesota 60, and Calixto Lopezmorales, 33, of Sioux Center, Iowa, was driving a 2008 Ford Escape south on Minnesota 60. Bayliff entered the median and into the southbound lanes, striking the Ford Escape. Roads were snowy and icy and both drivers were wearing their seat belts. Airbags deployed in the Ford Escape. Lopezmorales received non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Sanford Medical Center. The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office, Bigelow Fire Department, Worthington Fire Department and Worthington Ambulance assisted at the scene.

Lyon County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office: arrested Tristan Fraser, 23, of Rock Rapids, Iowa, Thursday, on a Lyon County warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of OWI first offense. He was released with a court date after posting a $1,000 cash bond.

Lyon County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office: arrested Juan Leonel Cuellar Bonilla, 28, of Rock Valley, Iowa, Thursday, for driving while suspended, a simple misdemeanor. He was transported to Lyon County Jail where he posted bond and was released with a court date.

Lyon County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office: arrested Bradley M. Thooft of Inwood, Iowa, on Thursday for eluding-speed 25 over limit, failure to provide proof of financial liability, fraudulent registration, operating a non-registered vehicle, reckless driving, no valid license, speed, failure to obey a stop sign, and passing in a no-passing zone. The deputy reportedly initially attempted to stop Thooft for speeding, and then he eluded the deputy. A report from a private citizen provided deputies with a location and a search warrant was executed at that residence. A motorcycle was discovered there and Thooft was arrested and booked into the Lyon County Jail.
