Police
Lyon County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office: arrested Dakota Strubbe, 22, of Archer, Iowa, on Monday on a Lyon County warrant for failure to appear at a probation revocation hearing. Strubbe was jailed on a $1,000 cash bond.
Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: arrested Kenneth Linton II, 43, of Larchwood, for domestic abuse assault resulting in injury, first offense, on Tuesday. The charges stem from a Monday incident at Security Savings Bank parking lot, Larchwood, in which Linton reportedly had an altercation with his ex-wife over money. In the altercation, in which Linton attempted to grab the cash, the victim sustained bruising to her wrist and a possible broken bone.
