JCSO: unemployment scam, 3:54 p.m. Wednesday.

JCSO: arrested a 33-year-old male from Rochester on charges of fifth degree controlled substance possession charge from Goodhue County, and arrested a 26-year-old female from Worthington on charges of second degree and fifth degree controlled substance possession following a traffic stop at 12:30 a.m. Thursday in Jackson. Two capped hypodermic needles and a plastic bottle with liquid inside were seized. The liquid, which tested positive for methamphetamine, weighed 31 grams.

JCSO: domestic disturbance, 9:08 a.m. Thursday, Jackson. A 49-year-old male was arrested for domestic assault.
