Kathleen Irene Pegram, 56, of Pipestone, was driving a 2008 Buick Enclave southbound on Minnesota 91 when she struck a cow in the roadway. Pegram and a passenger, Christine Carol Pegram, 37, of Pipestone, each sustained non-life threatening injuries and were transported to the Slayton hospital. Both were wearing their seatbelt.
