Crashes

Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: one-vehicle rollover with minor injuries, 12:43 p.m. Nov. 26, South East Street, Rock Rapids. Zachary Sassman, Sioux City, Iowa, was driving a 2003 Chevy Astro van when he entered the northeast ditch and the vehicle rolled one time, coming to rest on its wheels. Sassman was transported to Avera Rock Rapids. The van sustained severe damage. Assisting at the scene were the Lyon County Ambulance, Rock Rapids Fire and Sunshine Towing.
