JCSO: domestic disturbance between driver and passenger, 8:24 a.m. Tuesday, Minnesota 60 near Heron Lake.

JCSO: damage to a railroad cross arm, 3:11 p.m. Tuesday, Minnesota 60 at Minnesota Soybean Processors, Brewster. Union Pacific dispatched a crew to fix it.

WPD: school bus arm violation, 4:12 p.m. Tuesday.

JCSO: 39-year-old homeless man was dropped off from a Jefferson bus at the Jackson bus stop, 6:46 p.m. Tuesday. The man had no means of continuing across the state. A deputy gave him a ride to the county line, where he met a Watonwan County deputy to continue with the transport.

WPD: threats, 6:59 p.m. Tuesday, 2100 block of Castlewood Drive.

JCSO: arrested a 24-year-old Estherville, Iowa, man for probable cause third degree DUI, with an alcohol level more than twice the legal limit and speeding, 4:19 p.m. Wednesday, Jackson County 34 near Jackson County 29. The deputy reported clocking the vehicle going 110 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone.

WPD: loud music, disturbing the peace, 1:14 a.m. Thursday, 700 block of North Crailsheim Road.

JCSO: dispatched Cottonwood County plow at 10:24 p.m. Thursday to rescue individuals from a vehicle stuck in the roadway on Cottonwood County 5, north of Heron Lake. The vehicle was left in the drift to be towed on Friday.
