Lyon County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office: cited a juvenile on Tuesday for driving while license suspended and failure to have proper insurance.

Lyon County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office: arrested Brian Block, 44, of Rock Rapids, Iowa, on Tuesday for public intoxication. Block was at the Lyon County Courthouse, awaiting a court hearing, when he was arrested.

Lyon County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office: arrested Marius Versteeg, 34, of rural George, Iowa, at approximately 10:02 p.m. Wednesday on two counts of child endangerment and one count of operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop near Jay Avenue and 210th Street, rural George. Versteeg was also cited for speeding (90 in a 45 mph zone), open container and failure to use headlights.
