10:02 p.m. Tuesday: 900 block of McMillan Street, Worthington, unspecified.

8:23 a.m. Wednesday: 2200 block of Eleanor Street, Worthington, unspecified. Sanford Ambulance and Worthington Rescue dispatched.

11:58 a.m. Wednesday: Interstate 90 in mile 39, ambulance requested for male in ditch.


3:15 p.m. Thursday: 1200 block of Oxford Street, ambulance requested for adult male and adult female.


Lyon County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office: crash with injuries, 4:54 p.m. Oct. 28, Iowa 9 at the Little Rock corner. A juvenile was driving a 2021 Jeep Wrangler when Rocky Schlichter, of George, Iowa, driving a 2011 Chevy Silverado, rear-ended the Jeep. Both vehicles sustained approximately $5,000 in damage. Schlichter received minor injuries and was transported to the Sibley Hospital. Sunshine Towing, Rock Rapids, Iowa, and Little Rock Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene.

Dickinson County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office: crash with serious/incapacitating injuries, 12:08 a.m. Oct. 29, 1600 block of 190th Street. Joseph Hilsabeck, 27, of Milford, Iowa, was driving a 2019 GMC Terrain west on 190th Street when he lost control of the vehicle, which entered the north ditch and rolled multiple times, ejecting him from the vehicle. He was suspected of receiving serious/incapacitating injuries, transported by ambulance to Lakes Regional Healthcare and then flown to Sioux Falls. The crash remains under investigation. Lakes Regional Healthcare Ambulance, Milford Fire Department, Lake Park Police Department and Lake Park First Responders assisted at the scene.

WPD: crash without injuries, 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, 1500 block of Joosten Road.

WPD: crash without injuries, 4:16 p.m. Thursday.

Minnesota State Patrol: crash with injuries, 7:43 a.m. Friday, Minnesota 91 and 140th Street. Luis Fernando Lopez, 30, of Worthington, was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze, and Ana Ramona Alcantar, 59, of Rushmore, was driving a 2017 Toyota RAV 4. Both were heading south on Minnesota 91 when, in an attempt to avoid striking a deer in the roadway, they collided. Both wore seat belts and airbags deployed in the Chevrolet. Lopez was uninjured, and Alcantar received non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Sanford Health Worthington. The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office, Lismore Fire and EMS and Adrian Ambulance assisted at the scene.
