WPD: hit-and-run crash, 1:56 p.m. Sunday, Ninth Street and Fourth Avenue.

NCSO: crash involving two semis with injuries, 4:09 p.m. Monday, eastbound U.S. 59/Minnesota 60. Sanford Ambulance and Worthington Rescue dispatched.

Minnesota State Patrol: two-vehicle, rear-end type crash, 8:15 p.m. Monday, Minnesota 91 in mile 41, Leeds Township, Murray County. Steven Duane Carlson, 51, Lake Wilson, was driving a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan southbound when it was struck by a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Justin David Lewis, 42, Chandler. Lewis was not injured. Carlson and a passenger, Michelle Therese Carlson, 49, Lake Wilson, both sustained non-life threatening injuries and were transported to the Murray County Medical Center. All three individuals were wearing seatbelts. Assisting at the scene were the Murray County Sheriff’s Office and the Lake Wilson Fire Department.

WPD: crash with injuries, 5:57 a.m. Tuesday, North Humiston Avenue and Interstate 90. Sanford Ambulance and Worthington Rescue dispatched.

Lyon County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office: arrested Alex Rosa, 36, of St. Paul, on Oct. 3, and charged him with second-degree theft, a class D felony.
