Fulda Police Department seeks outdoor camera footage for investigation

FULDA — Both the Murray County Sheriff’s office and the Fulda Police Department are asking Fulda residents to check outdoor security footage in connection with a drive-by shooting that occurred on Sunday, Aug 14.

Mason Buhl pleaded nolo contendere to one count of simple domestic assault, dismissing rape charges. Further hearings regarding the reopened 2015 Harrisburg shooting case are scheduled for next week.
If convicted, Connell faces a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and/or a $40,000 fine, and a mandatory minimum of 144 months, on each of the first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges.
Rocky Hayes, 47, of Sioux Falls, was charged Jan. 20 with three counts of possessing child pornography, each a Class 4 felony.

Local law enforcement requested that footage of last Sunday be checked between 9:45 and 10:45 p.m., and any suspicious vehicles or individuals be reported.
