Local non-profit to help host COVID vaccination event and resource fair

The resource fair will be at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 230 Clary St., in Worthington.

WORTHINGTON — Local non-profit Seeds of Justice will host a COVID-19 vaccination event during the community resource fair in Worthington on Friday and Saturday, along with the University of Minnesota. Acer, WellShare, and OCOH.

First, second, and booster shots of the vaccine will be available to the public, free of charge. Anyone age five or older is welcome, and the first 200 people to receive their vaccination will be given a $50 purchase card, according to event fliers.

The resource fair is located at 230 Clary St., in Worthington and will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
