WORTHINGTON — Nobles Cooperative Electric (NCE) hosted its annual meeting April 5, via conference call.
The business meeting included reports from President Ronald Schwartau and Director Timothy Bickett.
Attorney Chad Felstul from Pemberton Law P.L.L.P. announced the election results for District 3 and District 5 Board Director, along with District 1 and District 2 Nominating Committee members.
Board Directors Gary Clarke from District 3 and Cindy Hokeness from District 5 were re-elected to serve three-year terms. The nominating committee member candidates re-elected to serve a three-year term were Stacy Barstad from District 1 and Charles Vasgaard from District 2. More than 790 members voted in NCE’s 2022 election.
Nobles Cooperative Electric serves approximately 6,900 accounts in Murray and Nobles counties.
