Educational support will also be provided to participants.

Participants must have access to the following supplies to be eligible for the program: a fenced in area measuring at least 12 square feet that is on a solid surface or cement, a full shade space for the animal, water, feeder, ability to care for the animal every day, and bedding (straw or wood shavings).

The program will begin in April. Youths in grades 3+ should register for the program by March 31 at z.umn.edu/2023NoblesCoopSwine. No previous 4-H experience is required for this program.
