WORTHINGTON — A snow storm blanketed much of southwest Minnesota and northwest Iowa with snow and ice on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, and efforts to remove the snow had already begun that morning.

Snow removal efforts were in full swing during the morning snowstorm Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, in front of the Nobles County Government Center in downtown Worthington.
