PIPESTONE — A rollover claimed the life of Ann Marie Horsch, 52, of Pipestone, Tuesday in Pipestone County.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Raymond Mark Derby, 58, of Pipestone, was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado south on Minnesota 30 near mile marker 1 when the vehicle left the roadway and rolled.
No airbags deployed. Derby, who was wearing his seat belt, received non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to Avera Pipestone for treatment. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, alcohol was involved.
Horsch, a passenger in the vehicle and reportedly not wearing a seatbelt, received fatal injuries.
The Pipestone County Sheriff's Office assisted at the scene.
