JACKSON — The Jackson County Libraries are hosting puzzle contests at all three libraries in April.
Competitors can sign up a team of two to four people to take on other teams and find out who can complete a 750-piece puzzle the fastest in the Great Puzzle Race and take home a prize.
This is an all ages event, though there needs to be at least one adult per team. Each team will receive the same puzzle to work on. On April 22, the Jackson Library and Lakefield Library events are both from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The Heron Lake Library event is on April 29 from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.. Teams will need to arrive about 15 minutes early to get signed in and to get ready to start the race.
Space is limited to five teams per event, so registration is required. For more information, call or stop into a library for more information. The Jackson Library can be reached at (507) 847-4748, Lakefield at (507) 662-5782 and Heron Lake at (507) 793-2641.
These events are funded through a Robert & Helen Remick Charitable Foundation Trust Grant.
