SPIRIT LAKE, Iowa -- The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office investigated a single-vehicle collision with possible injuries at 1:50 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of 220th Street (A-34) and 230th Avenue. Steven Clayton, 22, of Arnolds Park, was driving a 1987 Ford Dumptruck southbound on 230th Avenue and experienced a failure of his brakes. Clayton went through the intersection, across A-34 and into the ditch. He was transported to Spencer Hospital by LRH Ambulance with possible injuries.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a two-vehicle collision with injuries at 7:46 p.m. Friday on North Humiston Avenue underneath the Interstate 90 bridge. Worthington Ambulance was paged to the scene.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department and City of Worthington street crews investigated a report of street flooding on Oslo Street, 10th Street and 10th Avenue, including a report of a vehicle stranded in the water, at 3:40 p.m. Saturday.

ADRIAN -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of a hit-and-run accident at 9:45 p.m. Saturday at the Adrian Campground.

ADRIAN -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of a hit-and-run accident at 11:30 p.m. Saturday near 1223 Apel Ave.

WORTHINGTON -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:13 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Nobles County 5 and 280th Street. Worthington Ambulance was paged to the scene.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 4:14 p.m. Friday to The Meadows to assist a female who had fallen and hit her head.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 4:31 p.m. Saturday to The Meadows to assist a female experiencing leg pain.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 8:57 p.m. Saturday to 2001 Nobles Street to assist an unresponsive male.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 10:37 p.m. Saturday to Okabena Towers to assist a female who had fallen and hit her back.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 11:36 p.m. Saturday to Unity House to assist a female experiencing very high blood pressure.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 1:41 a.m. Sunday to Second Avenue near the Long Branch to assist a possibly intoxicated male who had fallen.

MILFORD, Iowa -- The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office arrested Andres Gayton-Bowman at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday at 912 1/2 Okoboji Ave., Milford. A deputy was serving a civil paper at the residence and smelled marijuana smoke. A subsequent search led to the arrest of Gayton-Bowman. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a Class D felony, gathering where controlled substances are unlawfully used, a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of an assault at 5:46 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of 10th Avenue. A 28-year-old female was cited for disorderly conduct and fifth-degree assault and a 28-year-old female was cited for disorderly conduct.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a theft of a stereo at 7:10 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of Burlington Avenue.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited a 22-year-old male for loud music at 8:54 p.m. Friday at the intersection of 13th Street and East Ninth Avenue.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department arrested a person for fleeing on foot at 10:19 p.m. Friday in the alley behind the Daily Globe.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department arrested a 26-year-old male for third degree driving while impaired, open bottle and driving without a license at 11:30 p.m. Friday.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited two juveniles for curfew violations at 12:31 a.m. Saturday at Subway.

WORTHINGTON -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office arrested a 26-year-old male for fourth degree driving while intoxicated, driving without a license, open bottle violations and driving without proof of insurance at 1:22 a.m. Saturday on Nobles County 35.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department arrested a 39-year-old male for third degree driving while intoxicated at 2:15 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of 12th Street and Sherwood Street.

WORTHINGTON -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office arrested a 43-year-old male for speeding, fourth degree driving while impaired and driving without proof of insurance at 6:20 p.m. Saturday on Nobles County 35. His vehicle was towed.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited a 24-year-old male for driving without a license at 12:28 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Omaha Avenue and Dover Street.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited a 25-year-old male for driving after revocation at 1:38 a.m. Sunday near 400 Ninth Street.
