SPIRIT LAKE, Iowa -- The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office investigated a single-vehicle collision with possible injuries at 1:50 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of 220th Street (A-34) and 230th Avenue. Steven Clayton, 22, of Arnolds Park, was driving a 1987 Ford Dumptruck southbound on 230th Avenue and experienced a failure of his brakes. Clayton went through the intersection, across A-34 and into the ditch. He was transported to Spencer Hospital by LRH Ambulance with possible injuries.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a two-vehicle collision with injuries at 7:46 p.m. Friday on North Humiston Avenue underneath the Interstate 90 bridge. Worthington Ambulance was paged to the scene.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department and City of Worthington street crews investigated a report of street flooding on Oslo Street, 10th Street and 10th Avenue, including a report of a vehicle stranded in the water, at 3:40 p.m. Saturday.

MILFORD, Iowa -- The Dickinson County Sheriff's Office arrested Andres Gayton-Bowman at 6:31 p.m. Tuesday at 912 1/2 Okoboji Ave., Milford. A deputy was serving a civil paper at the residence and smelled marijuana smoke. A subsequent search led to the arrest of Gayton-Bowman. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a Class D felony, gathering where controlled substances are unlawfully used, a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of an assault at 5:46 p.m. Friday in the 300 block of 10th Avenue. A 28-year-old female was cited for disorderly conduct and fifth-degree assault and a 28-year-old female was cited for disorderly conduct.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a theft of a stereo at 7:10 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of Burlington Avenue.
