Man dies in rollover

DENT - A 65-year-old rural Underwood man died Thursday in a rollover north of Dent, according to the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office.
Russell Llewellyn Mitlyng, driving a 2011 Toyota Tundra, left Otter Tail County Highway 35 north of Dent after striking a road approach, rolled his truck and then struck a utility pole. Dispatchers were notified of the crash around 10 p.m.
Mitlyng had to be extricated from the truck by responding emergency personnel and firefighters. He was transported to Perham Health hospital and pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
He was wearing his seat belt during the crash.
Why Mitlyng left the roadway has not been determined.
