FOND DU LAC - A judge in Calumet County will decide Oct. 15 whether to drop a lawsuit filed by the man who had his penis glued to his stomach as revenge for cheating.
Donessa Davis, 38, of Fond du Lac wants undisclosed monetary damages from 49-year-old Therese Ziemann of Menasha. She was one of four women - including Davis's wife - who lured him to a motel in Stockbridge in July of last year.
They tied him to a bed as he assumed he would have sex. Instead, they scolded him for cheating and Ziemann allegedly hit him and glued his penis.
The case drew worldwide headlines. All four women struck plea deals which kept them out of jail and gave them probation.
Davis filed his civil suit against Ziemann over a month ago. Ziemann's lawyer asked that it be dropped, saying Davis did not make a legal argument as to why his suit should prevail.
