Minnesota West to host Beyond the Yellow Ribbon ceremony

WORTHINGTON -- Minnesota West Community and Technical College will host a Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Proclamation Ceremony where the institution will be officially proclaimed a Yellow Ribbon Company.

WORTHINGTON - Minnesota West Community and Technical College will host a Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Proclamation Ceremony where the institution will be officially proclaimed a Yellow Ribbon Company.

The proclamation ceremony will be at 1 p.m. Oct. 26 in the Commons on the Worthington campus. A reception will follow. Community members are invited to join in celebrating the accomplishment and recognition.

As a Yellow Ribbon Company, Minnesota West strives to establish and sustain an internal Yellow Ribbon Network uniting areas within the college community to create a comprehensive force that connects and coordinates key areas to proactively support and recognize service members and military families.
