MOORHEAD - A wayward moose has been wandering through neighborhoods north of here.
The moose on the loose was spotted in the North Crystal Creek neighborhood about 10:30 a.m.
A dispatcher with the Red River Valley Dispatch Center said they hadn't received calls today about the moose, but at least one caller reported a loose moose Monday near Kragness, Minn., just to the north the animal spotted today.
Currently, Clay County sheriff's deputies have not been asked to respond today.
