LUVERNE -- A two-vehicle accident on U.S. 75 Monday morning killed one and injured two others.
Geraldine Daniels, 57, of Pipestone, who was driving a 1989 Buick Park Avenue, was killed in the crash, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
Robert J. Feikema, 59, of Luverne -- who was driving a 2003 Chevy Silverado pickup -- suffered minor injuries. His passenger, Arla J. Feikema, 58, of Luverne, also suffered minor injuries.
The accident occurred at 10:01 a.m. Monday, three miles north of Luverne near milepost 13. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the Buick lost control, crossed the center line and collided head-on with the pickup.
The Rock County Sheriff's Office assisted at the scene.
