WORTHINGTON -- The Nobles County Integration Collaborative will offer Rent Wise classes in both English and Spanish in September.
This program is intended to educate tenants on how to have a successful home rental experience. Topics covered include positive communication with landlords, money management, locating and maintaining affordable housing and improving credit and rental histories.
This program is funded by the Worthington Area Foundation. Child care and transportation are provided upon request. For more information, call 376-3300.
The class taught in English will be Oct 12 and 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in Room 126 at the West Learning Center, 117 11th St., Worthington.
The Spanish Class will be offered Sept. 21 and 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., also in Room 126 at the West Learning Center.
