SIOUX FALLS, S.D. --Randy Dittmann has been named the new general manager at POET Biorefining,Bingham Lake, Dittmann will oversee operations at the 35-million-gallon-per-year ethanol production facility.
Dittmann has 23 years of operations management experience, most recently as production manager of a newsprint mill with Abitibi Bowater in Thunder Bay, Ontario, the largest newsprint manufacturer in the world.

Dittmann is a native of Manitowoc, Wis., and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. He and his wife, Cathy, have two grown children.
