WORTHINGTON - Nobles County Library Director Clint Wolthuizen has turned in his resignation.

According to Nobles County Administrator Tom Johnson, Wolthuizen’s final day will be Nov. 30. Johnson expects the advertisement and acceptance of applications for the open position to begin soon.

According to Johnson, the county will rely on current staff to see that the library’s operations continue in the interim between Wolthuizen’s departure and the hiring of his replacement.

Wolthuizen has served as the county’s library director since May 2015.
