RONALD WOLFGRAM, 65, of Lakefield, died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2006, at Cox South Hospital in Springfield, Mo.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Fireside Room of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Lakefield.
The service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Steve Mehl officiating. Burial with military honors will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery, Lakefield.
DOUGLAS ERNEST JEPSEN, 46, of Pipestone, died Thursday, Aug. 24, 2006, at Our House Hospice Care of Murray County, Slayton.
Born July 29, 1960, in Pipestone, he was the son of Bobby and Donna Belle Schuldt Jepsen. He married Debbie DeBruin Dec. 23, 1979.

He grew up on the family farm in Burke Township near Woodstock and later moved with his parents to a farm in Sweet Township, where he attended school. He was employed as a cook at Gannon's Restaurant in Pipestone. He graduated from Pipestone High School in 1978 and from Pipestone Vo-Tech in 1980, where he attended the meat cutting program. After marriage, the couple lived in Rochester, where he was employed at a meat cutting company. In 1980, they moved to Holland, and he worked at Huisken's in Chandler and as a meat cutter in Tyler. He later worked at the locker in Pipestone until he became employed at Bayliner Marine in Pipestone. He worked there for 10 years, going on disability in 1996. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Pipestone.
Surviving are two daughters, Alicia Jepsen, Marshall, and Kayla Jepsen, Marshall; his parents, the Rev. Charles and Donna Belle Boeder, Pipestone; three brothers, Steve (Mary Jo) Jepsen, Madison, S.D., David (Laura) Jepsen, Kennewick, Wash., and Tim Jepsen, Pipestone; a sister, Julie (Gayln) Short, Proctor; and a granddaughter.
Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Hartquist Funeral Home, Pipestone Chapel.
The service is 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Pipestone. Burial will be in New Woodlawn Cemetery, Pipestone.
RICHARD "ANDY" THOMPSON, 78, of Hopkins, formerly of Jasper, died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2006, at Hopkins Care Center.
Born Oct. 16, 1927, in Jasper, he was the son of Andrew and Christine Benson Thompson.
He grew up and attended school in Jasper, graduating from Jasper High School. After school he enlisted in the U.S. Marines and served for four years. After receiving his honorable discharge, he attended the Minnesota School of Business. He was called back into active duty to serve in the Korean War. Following his discharge he eventually became a certified public accountant with the firm Ernst & Young. He worked there for 41 years until his retirement in 1992. He became a resident of the Hopkins Care Center in 2002.
Surviving are two brothers, Ray Thompson, and Clayton (Elizabeth) Thompson.

VIOLA P. GRAVES, 88, of Jackson, died Sunday, Aug. 20, 2006, at the Jackson Good Samaritan Center.
Born May 28, 1918, in Jackson, she was the daughter of Frank and Mary Boehm Benjamin. She married Joseph Graves. He died March 16, 1991.
She grew up and attended school in Jackson, graduating in 1936. After marriage the couple lived and farmed in Des Moines Township from 1937 until they moved to Wisconsin Township in 1947. They retired from farming in 1966 and moved to Jackson, where she worked for Naturals and later became a home health aid. She became a resident of the Jackson Good Samaritan Center in December of 2000. She was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Jackson, where she was active in the circles. She was also a member of the Middletown Club and the Birthday Club.
Surviving are two sons, Eugene (Norma) Kasson, and James (Beth) Alpha; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.
Visitation will be 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Jackson.

ESTELLA MARGARET MISSLING, 89, of Jeffers, died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2006, at the Westbrook Health Center.
Born Aug. 28, 1916, in Storden Township, Cottonwood County, she was the daughter of Carl and Ella Halter Quade. She married Earl Missling Oct. 1, 1947. He died in 1983.
She grew up and attended country school, entering Jeffers Public School in 1928 and graduating in 1934. After marriage the couple farmed north of Jeffers until they moved to town in 1969. She was employed at the Jeffers Liquor Store and late at the City Café. She retired in 1983. She was a life-long member of Trinity Lutheran Church and was active in TLCW. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and held many offices in the organization, including president.
Surviving are two children, Lorna (Virgil) Driggens, Cyrus, and Robert (Patricia) Missling, Springfield; and a sister, Luella Morphew, Willmar.
Visitation is 4 to 7 p.m. today at the LaCanne Family Funeral Home, Jeffers, and 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at the LaCanne Family Funeral Home.

HENRY D. BOTHOF, 95, of Chandler, died Monday, Aug. 21, 2006, at Edgebrook Care Center, Edgerton.
Born May 23, 1911, on a farm near Leota, he was the son of John and Hattie Van Suerksem Bothof. He married Tracie Hofkamp March 10, 1936, in Chandler. She died in 1987. He married Cora Kooiman in 1995.

He moved with his family to the Chandler area as a young boy, where he attended country school and graduated from Lake Wilson High School in 1929. After marriage, the couple farmed south of Chandler until 1940, when he bought a farm in Fenton Township. He retired in 1977. In 1979, they moved into Chandler. In April 2005, he became a resident of the Edgebrook Care Center in Edgerton. He served on the school board for District 99 in Fenton Township and was a member of the Chandler Reformed Church, where he served as Consistory as an elder and deacon and taught Sunday school and catechism classes.
Surviving is his wife; three daughters, Velva (Henry) Van Dam, Edgerton, Lenora Suttle, Hercules, Calif., and Diann Lopez, Tucson, Ariz.; two stepsons, Butch and Bud; four stepdaughters, Aleanor, Beverly, Dorothy, and Connie; two brothers, Pete Bothof, Chino, Calif., and John Bothof, Slayton; six grandchildren; many stepgrandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and many stepgreat-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Chandler Funeral Home, Chandler.
The service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Chandler Reformed Church. Burial will be in Chandler Memorial Cemetery.

LOIS ANN POST, 80, of Fergus Falls, died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2006, at the Pioneer Retirement Community, Fergus Falls.
Born Feb. 26, 1926, near Erie, N.D., she was the daughter of William and Cecile Forrest Dickson. She married John Post Aug. 20, 1953.
She graduated from the Hunter, N.D., high school in 1944 and from NDSU in 1948 with a degree in Home Economics. After marriage, she worked as a receptionist at the Worthington and Slayton veterinarian clinics. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Fergus Falls, and was a previous member of First Presbyterian Church, Slayton.

Surviving are two children, David (Linda) Post, Ristertown, Md., and Sheryl (the Rev. Jon) Olson, Fergus Falls; a sister, Betty Holes, Moorhead; and two grandchildren.

ADALINE E. VAN MEETEREN, 85, of Sheldon, died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2006, at Northwest Iowa Health Center Senior Care, Sheldon.
Born March 1, 1921, in Hospers, Iowa, she was the daughter of Henry and Mae McGrath Perrott. She married Art Van Meeteren Jan. 20, 1944, in Sheldon.
In her early childhood, she moved to Sheldon with her parents, where she received her education, graduating from Sheldon High School in 1939. She attended Sheldon Junior College for two years and Westmar for a year. After college, she taught in country schools in the Sheldon area and later in Melvin, Iowa. After marriage, the couple resided on the family farm east of Sheldon. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Sheldon, the Ladies Guild, the Catholic Daughters of America and retired Past Grand Regent. She was also a member of the Merry-Go-Round Club.
Surviving are her husband; five children, Tom (Sue) Van Meeteren, Freemont, Neb., Bob (Cheryl) Van Meeteren, Sheldon, Lynn (Elvina) Van Meeteren, George, Iowa, Vonda (Larry) Matchie, Roland, Iowa, Renee (Jim) Sims, El Paso, Texas; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be after 2 p.m. today, with the family present from 6 to 8:30 p.m., a 6 p.m. Christian Wake service and a 6:30 p.m. Catholic Daughters of America rosary, at Vander Ploeg Funeral Home, Sheldon.

MARY ANN WERNER, 79, of Pipestone, died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2006, at the Ashton Care Center, Pipestone.
Born July 4, 1927, in Alvord, Iowa, she was the daughter of Reimer Henry and Bertha Harbeck Peters. She married Alfred Klutman. She married Howard Werner Oct. 9, 1964. He died Jan. 23, 2001.
She grew up on a farm in Alvord and graduated from high school. After her marriage to Alfred, the couple lived in Portland, Ore. After her marriage to Howard, they lived on the west coast until he retired in 1975 and they moved to Sioux Falls, S.D. She worked at McKennan Hospital and then in the bakery department for Sunshine Foods. In 1998 they moved to Pipestone. She moved to the Ashton Care Center on March 30, 2004. She was a member of Peace United Methodist Church, Pipestone.
Surviving are a niece and seven nephews.
