CLEONA ANGELINE NELSON, 90, of Pipestone, died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2006, at Pipestone County Medical Center.
Born March 2, 1915, in Vermillion, S.D., she was the daughter of William and Evelyn Lemoges Allard. She married Clarence Rosenbaum in 1933. She married Andy Nelson Dec. 13, 1953, in Luverne. He died in 1966.
She moved as a young child with her parents to Jefferson, S.D., then to Sioux City, Iowa, where she continued her education. After completing her education, she babysat and did housework for area people. After marriage the couple lived in Jefferson where she worked for Sioux City Battery. She moved to Sioux Falls, S.D., where she worked for Finns Candy Company. After her marriage to Andy, the couple lived on a farm near Ihlen. In 1967 she moved to Worthington and worked at Campbell Soup Company until 1968, when she moved to Pipestone and worked for Pipestone Boat for five years. In 1987 she moved to Storybook Apartments. She was a member of First Lutheran Church, Pipestone.
Surviving are a son, Roger (Carol) Nelson, Dawson; a sister, Sylvia Jenkins, Huntsville, Ala.; nine grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Hartquist Funeral Home, Pipestone Chapel.

The service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church, Pipestone. Burial is in the Jasper City Cemetery.
JACOB "JAKE" STRATMEIER, 19, of Sibley, Iowa, died Saturday, Feb. 4, 2006, at his residence in Sibley.
Born Feb. 13, 1986 in Sibley, he was the son of Dan Stratmeier and Kay Stanton.
He grew up in Sibley and for six years lived in Leota, Kan. He returned to Sibley and attended Sibley-Ocheyedan school from eighth grade through graduation, graduating in 2004. After graduation he started working for Premier Construction. He also operated a lawn service and mowed many lawns in Sibley.
Surviving is his father, Dan (Elaine) Stratmeier, Sanborn, Iowa; his mother, Kay Stanton, Sibley; two half-brothers, Cole Stratmeier, Sanborn, and Danny Stratmeier, Sanborn; a half-sister, Annie Stratmeier, Sanborn; four step-brothers, Michael Rehnelt, Windom, Jeremy Rehnelt, Fairmont, Trent Rehnelt, Slayton, and Josh Rehnelt, Windom; grandparents, Mary Ann (Merlin) Stanton, Sibley, Annabelle Feltman, Worthington; and great-grandmother, Anna May Stanton, Sibley.
Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. today with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Walton-Roste Funeral Home, Sibley.
The service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church, Sibley, with the Rev. Terry Simm officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Holman Township Cemetery, Sibley.
ROBERT LAWRENCE HINRICHS, 67, of Shoreview, formerly of Fulda, died Saturday, Feb. 4, 2006.

Robert was the son of Harry and Beatrice White Hinrichs. He married Barbara Haske and served in the U.S. Army from 1957 to 1963.
Surviving are his wife, two daughters, Beth Hinrichs, Fargo, N.D., and Robin Wallace, Grand Forks, N.D.; two brothers, Don (Jan) Hinrichs, Minnetonka, and Jim (Karyl) Hinrichs, Fridley; and four sisters, Bonnie Olson, Heron Lake, Mary (Virgil) Persing, Columbia Heights, Barbara Sandhurst, Fulda, and Carroll Hinrichs, Columbia Heights.
Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Washburn-McReavy Columbia Heights Chapel and from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Brighton.

THEODORE EDWIN FELLOWS, 101, of Pipestone, died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2006, at Good Samaritan Communities of Pipestone.
Born April 15, 1904, on a farm west of Hardwick, he was the son of Stephen and Augusta Moeller Fellows. He married Julia Lusk Jan. 27, 1940. She died Sept. 6. 1976.
He moved as an infant with his parents to Pipestone, where he was raised and attended school. After graduating from Pipestone High School in 1922, he worked for two years with his father, who was the sexton for Old Woodlawn Cemetery in Pipestone. In 1924 he enrolled at Iowa State University to major in engineering, but his plans changed. He later enrolled at the University of Minnesota with a degree in law. He returned to Pipestone and worked for the law firm of Evans and Evans before establishing his own law practice. In 1931 he became a municipal judge, a position he held for 40 years. He retired in 1996. He moved to Good Samaritan Communities of Pipestone in 2003. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Pipestone, where he was baptized and confirmed. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, IOOF Lodge, Eastern Star and United Commercial Travelers. He served on the Cemetery Commission for many years.
Surviving are a son, Paul (Betsy) Fellows, Metropolis, Ill.; a daughter, Judy Fellows, Pipestone; three grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

ELSIE J. HAUSMANN, 90, of Worthington, died Friday, Feb. 3, 2006, at South Shore Care Center in Worthington.
Born April 7, 1915, in rural Boyden, Iowa, she was the daughter of Peter and Anna Schumacher Kruse. She married Edward Hausmann June 11, 1940, in Boyden. He died Oct. 18, 1984.
She grew up in rural Boyden and attended country school. After marriage the couple farmed in Boyden until moving to a farm northwest of Rushmore in 1957. They retired in 1973 and moved into Rushmore. She was a member of Immanuel American Lutheran Church in rural Fulda and taught Sunday school.
Surviving are two sons, Harlan (Corinne) Hausmann, Rushmore, and Kevin (Eileen) Hausmann, Aurora, Miss.; a daughter, Audrey (Tim) Luitjens, Brewster; a brother, Rudolph Kruse, Verdi; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Dingmann Funeral Home, Worthington, and from 1 to 2 p.m. Wednesday at Immanuel American Lutheran Church, rural Fulda.

LLOYD ROALD ENSTAD, 98, of Westbrook, died Sunday, Feb. 5, 2006, at the Westbrook Hospital.
Born Feb. 15, 1907, in Ann Township, Cottonwood County, he was the son of John and Caroline Foss Enstad. He married Hazel Einertson Dec. 16, 1939.
He grew up in Cottonwood County and attended school at District 39 and at Madison. He graduated from Augustana High School in Sioux Falls, S.D., in 1925. After graduation he farmed with his brothers. After marriage the couple lived and farmed north of Westbrook. In 1977 they built a home in Westbrook. He was an active member of Old Westbrook Lutheran Church, where he served as chairman of the congregation, deacon, trustee and Sunday school treasurer. He was a member of the Lutheran Brotherhood, was involved in 4-H and served as the director on the Tri-County Co--op board for many years.
Surviving are his wife; a son, Don (Carolyn) Enstad, Walnut Grove; a daughter, Jane (Keith) Nelsen, Westbrook; and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, with a 6:30 p.m. prayer service, at Westbrook Funeral Home, and from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at Old Westbrook Lutheran Church.
