LESLIE L. NELSEN, 98, of Westbrook, died Thursday, March 22, 2007, at Good Samaritan Center, Westbrook.

GERALD "JERRY" NOLTE, 71, of Ellsworth, died Thursday, March 22, 2007, at Parkview Manor, Ellsworth.

BETTY BOEVE, 75, of Steen, died Tuesday, March 20, 2007, at Sanford Luverne Community Hospital, Luverne.

Born May 17, 1931, in Steen, she was the daughter of Dick and Dena Hoff Bosch. She married Edward Boeve June 22, 1949, at her parents' home in Steen. He died Aug. 15, 1976.
She was raised in Steen and attended Steen Elementary School. She graduated from Luverne High School in 1949. Following marriage, the couple moved to the family farm, where she remained until 2002, when she moved to her home in Luverne. She was a member of Steen Reformed Church, active with various church events and card clubs. She worked part-time at Wally's Nursery in Hills and Hardees restaurant in Luverne.
Surviving are nine children, Donna (Paul) Maroo, Dodge Center, Connie (Paul) Nelson, Austin, Edwin (Susan) Boeve, Stillwater, Marcia (Gary) Uithoven, Edgerton, Sharon (Bruce) Fraser, Edgerton, Susan (Howard) Vis, Hills, Merle (Melanie) Boeve, Clive, Iowa, Keith (Marlys) Boeve, St. James, and Pam (Richard) Jeffer, Richmond, Va.; one brother, Cornie (Darlene) Bosch, Luverne; one sister, Gert (Dick) Hup, Hills; 25 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today, with the family present from 5 to 8 p.m., at Steen Reformed Church, Steen.
The service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Steen Reformed Church, Steen, with the Rev. Dan Ramaker officiating. A private family burial will be prior to the service in Eastside Cemetery, Steen.

HAROLD LUTHER "BUD" WORRICK, 76, of Ocheyedan, died Tuesday, March 20, 2007, at Lake Park Care Center, Lake Park.
Born June 25, 1930, in Ocheyedan, he was the son of George and Ruth Boyd Worrick.
He graduated from Ocheyedan High School in 1952, and from the Northwest Institute of Medical Technology in 1959. He then moved to Willmar to work at Rice Memorial Hospital, where he lived and worked until 1995.
Surviving are one son, Burke (Dana) Worrick, Washington, D.C.; two brothers, Robert (Aileen) Worrick, Lake Park, and Dale (Florence) Worrick, Fayetteville, Ark.; two sisters, Norma Hensley, Spirit Lake, and Roxanne Bramley, Estherville, and one grandson.
