Joel Z. Strasser, 43, of Luverne, died Thursday, March 6, 2008, at Sanford Luverne Hospice Cottage.
Surviving are his wife, Terri; five children, Rebekah, Benjamin, Joel, Zion and Esther Strasser; his parents, Joel and Lavonne Strasser, Sioux Falls, S.D., and two brothers, Jeff (Denise) Strasser, St. Paul, and Jay (Marion) Strasser, Arden, N.C.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hartquist Funeral Home, Engebretson Chapel, Luverne.
The service will be 5 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church, Luverne, with the Rev. Dawson Grover officiating. Burial will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Maplewood Cemetery, Luverne.
