SPIRIT LAKE, Iowa -- One person is dead following a rollover crash early Saturday in Dickinson County.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported rollover vehicle accident at 12:55 a.m. at the intersection of 125th Street and 260th Avenue. When emergency crews arrived, they discovered the lone occupant of the car deceased. It appeared that no other vehicles were involved.
The collision is currently under investigation by the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office. The name of the deceased driver hadn’t been released as of late Sunday afternoon.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office was assisted on scene by the Spirit Lake Police Department, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Spirit Lake Fire Department and LRH Ambulance.
