Parents of the couple are Todd and Mary Christensen, Luverne and Dennis and Deanna Pick, Kenneth.
Christensen attended the Cosmetology Training Center, Mankato. She is employed as a cosmetologist and is a surgical technology student at Minnesota West Community and Technical College.
Pick attended Minnesota State University, Mankato. He is employed at Design Craft, Luverne.
They plan an Aug. 23 wedding at St. Catherine's Catholic Church, Luverne.
