ST. PAUL PARK - Police are investigating a report that a man tried to lure a teen girl into his vehicle Monday morning.
A 13-year-old girl told police about 10 a.m. that as she walked to school in the 900 block of Third Street in St. Paul Park, a man pulled up in a red vehicle and asked if she needed a ride. The man told her to get in his vehicle, but the girl refused and continued to school, according to police.
The suspect was described as having tattoos on his neck and a teardrop tattoo by his eye. He had blue eyes, brown hair and a Spanish accent, police said. No further description of the suspect or his vehicle was provided.
