FARGO, N.D. - Fargo police investigating a report of a possible prostitution operation Thursday at a south Fargo apartment wound up arresting three Arkansas women on drug charges.

Dispatch received a call at 8:10 p.m. Thursday from a person who believed there was a prostitution setup at 4333 15th Ave. S.

Officers detected a strong odor of marijuana outside the apartment and obtained a search warrant. They searched the apartment unit and seized 178 tablets of ecstasy, about an ounce of marijuana, $2,250 in cash and money orders and a stolen check, Lt. Pat Claus said.

April Longtin, 23, of North Little Rock, Ark., and KayAnn Glenn, 19, of Searcy, Ark., were arrested on suspicion of felony possession with intent to distribute ecstasy and misdemeanor marijuana possession. Longtin also was arrested on suspicion of possessing stolen property and possessing or displaying false identification.

Sandra Talley, 18, of Little Rock was arrested on suspicion of marijuana possession.

All three were being held in the Cass County Jail.

There is no allegation of prostitution, Claus said. The caller suspected prostitution based on the high foot traffic at the apartment and because one of the women had once come out of the apartment wearing nothing but a G-string, he said.
