WORTHINGTON — The Salvation Army Red Kettle bells will be silent in Worthington this year unless volunteers step forward to help.

Red kettles are in place at Hy-Vee, Fareway and Runnings, but volunteers are needed to ring the bell from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays from now until Christmas Eve. Each volunteer will be asked to work a two-hour shift.

To volunteer, call or text Cindy Harvey at (507) 329-6571.
