ROUND LAKE - A Round Lake man was arrested Oct. 1 after allegedly strangling a victim.
Thomas Warborg, 51, has been charged with domestic assault by strangulation.
According to the criminal complaint, the felony charge stems from an Oct. 1 altercation at a Round Lake residence in which Warbor, who was allegedly drinking all day, grabbed and pushed the alleged victim against a wall and applied pressure to the point they could not breathe. The complaint also states Warborg threatened to kill the victim.
Warborg’s initial appearance in Nobles County District Court has been scheduled for Oct. 17.
