David Vance Muir, 86, of Youngtown, formerly of Jackson, died Friday, July 18, 2008, at Baptist Village Care Center, Youngtown.
Surviving are his wife, Lydia Muir, Youngtown; three daughters, Ellen (Hank) Vandestraat, San Diego, Calif., Susan Muir, San Diego, Calif., and Carla (Roland) Shearer, Monument, Colo.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be 2 p.m. today in Riverside Cemetery, with the Rev. Martin Lucin officiating.
Osterberg Funeral Home, Jackson, is in charge of arrangements.
